Shipping Policy
pinkbox.biz ships to peninsular malaysia and east malaysia. We shipped internationally as well.
In Stock Merchandise
Usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days. Pinkbox will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout. There will not be shipping of parcels on Saturday and Sunday (Malaysia time). You may check out on Saturday and Sunday, however the parcel will be delivery within 3 business days from Monday.
Standard delivery
We deliver via POS LAJU courier (Malaysia) or EMS/DHL courier (International) service or a comparable delivery service. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.
Return & Refund Policy
For Merchandise
Applicable only for items that have been highly misrepresented.
We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons:
- garment does not fit as expected (too small/too big)
- do not like overall look of item (cutting/material/color)
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.

We ACCEPT returns for the following reasons:
- different item model/color/size from the one purchased is received
- item is damaged/defective
- item measurement has large discrepancies with published measurements.
A return claimed form will be email to customer once customer notify Pinkbox on the faulty items.
Customer will then filled up the return claim form and send together with the faulty items to Pinkbox.
Return claim form must be filed within 14 days from the time order is received. Pinkbox must receive the return item(s) within 30 days from the time your return claim is approved.
IMPORTANT
Reimbursements are given in the form of re-delivery only and exchange with current stocks available and NOT in cash value.
- Re-delivery is subjected to product availability.
- If there is no suitable items in which customer would like to exchange with, customer can be able to keep the exchange value as credit for newer stocks in future.
- Cash refunds will only be given only on case to case basis.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the return reaches Pinkbox safely.
Pinkbox will bear the shipping charge of the exchange items to customers after customer have selected the items to exchange with, however customer will bear the shipping charges returning the parcel back to Pinkbox.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
