Step 3 - Shipping & Parcel Tracking
Customer will be furnished with the tracking no. of the parcel.
If there is any chance that the parcel failed to arrive upon given time, customers can email us at email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 03-7880 5579 for assistance on the parcel tracking.
The parcel will be sent out immediately after payment received within the cut-off time. The cut-off time of delivery will be 3pm (Mon - Fri).
The arrival of the parcel to customer will take 1-2 days in Major towns (Peninsular Malaysia) and 2-3days in Major towns in East Malaysia.
Products sold are not refundable unless for different circumstances (please refer to shipping & return policy).
